The Bank of America, Adelanto Branch project is one of our newest projects that will be environmentally friendly both inside and outside. This project is a LEED Certified Program (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design), this project is truly "green", meaning it was designed to improve environmental and economic performance of the building. This project includes the furnishing and installation of nine new Climate master indoor water source heat pumps, a new BAC cooling tower, Lochinvar boiler, new Cook exhaust and return fans, B & G pumps and specified expansion tank. Summer Systems will be installing one of the first "back talk" EMS (Energy Management Systems) by Johnson Controls.
