Mr. London has over thirty years experience in the General and Mechanical Construction fields. He has successfully completed thousands of projects as the President of Summer Systems, Inc. and continues to oversee all company projects.

Mr. Baltes has over twenty five years of construction experience and oversees all the project management activities for Summer Systems, Inc. This work can include management and coordination of our firm's direct supervisory team and our specialty trade division team leaders. Essentially, Mr. Baltes manages everything from the early conceptual estimates of a proposed project through the procurement of materials, sub-contractors, contract negotiation, cost control, monitoring of schedules, approval of payment requisitions, sub-contractor selection and dispute resolution.

Mr. Donnelly has over twenty nine years experience in the construction field and oversees the service department's activities as a support system for all projects present and post construction. Duties include specialized control systems, Energy Management Systems as well as VIVP systems. Mr. Donnelly holds a degree in Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering & Speculating in HVAC Mechanical Design from UCLA. He is also registered as a Certified Air Balancer.

Mr. Johnson, with over twenty years of construction experience, oversees the project management activities for a given project or group of projects taking place in the Los Angeles area. This work can include management and coordination of our firm's direct supervisory team and our specialty trade division team leaders.
